Brandon Gill (he/him) is currently the Executive Vice President, Operations for Family Equality, having previously served as the Director of Human Resources and People Operations beginning in April 2022.
In his present role, he oversees operational practices and systems to support an efficient and effective organization, implementing management strategies, recommending technology and process improvements, and administering strategic, staffing, and performance evaluation plans.
Prior to joining Family Equality, Brandon’s 17+ years in management includes having served as the Chief of Staff for a nonprofit agency overseeing the scholarship and savings program for a major city’s public school system and, previously, as a Director of Operations for several social justice and educational organizations. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in economics as well as public policy at Brown University, and he earned his Master of Education in education policy and management at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education.
