Lisa Van Ness (she/her) is currently the Director of Executive Support for Family Equality, having previously served as the Director of Community Engagement for four years. She joined Family Equality in October of 2018, upon the merger with Path2Parenthood, where she was employed for 13 years as the Director of Development. Her work with Family Equality has been focused on planning, developing, and executing all house party fundraisers in conjunction with the development team and cross-departmental stakeholders. While she still currently plans and manages the organization’s house parties, she is also responsible for supporting the needs of the executive team. In her spare time, she enjoys boating, fishing, car shows, and football.
