Biography

Dr. Pang served his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Toronto, in Canada. He successfully completed a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the UCLA School of Medicine in California. Prior to joining IVF New England in 1993, Dr. Pang was assistant professor of gynecology and obstetrics at Loma Linda University School of Medicine in California. He served as chief of obstetrics and gynecology at the Deaconess Waltham Hospital.

Dr. Pang is subspecialty board-certified in reproductive endocrinology and infertility by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Pang is a Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada, as well as a diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners in the United States.

She received her undergraduate degree from San Francisco State University before obtaining her medical degree from Michigan State University. Dr. Bello then proceeded to perform her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia. After residency, she returned to California to complete her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at the University of Southern California Women’s and Children’s Hospital.

Biography

Sandra Litsinger Lippard is the founder of Family Forward Surrogacy (FFS).  She became passionate about surrogacy when she was unable to carry her own children, and had twin girls through surrogacy.  Ms. Lippard’s goal is to provide personal, compassionate guidance through the complexities of surrogacy and egg donation.  She and her team assist the Intended Parent(s) in finding a healthy, responsible Gestational Surrogate (and Egg Donor and/or sperm donor, if needed) through arigorous screening process.   FFSfacilitatescase management of allsteps necessary for a smooth and successful surrogacy.  Ms. Lippard is a professional member of Path2Parenthood, RESOLVE and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.

FFS conducts extensive background checks of its Gestational Surrogates including FBI, Child Protective Services, and state police record checks as well as in-home studies conducted by a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-C), and psychological screeningperformed by a psychologist specializing in surrogacy and Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART).

FFS coordinates case management of legal contracts, medical screenings, establishment of trust accounts, referralsto health insurance analysts or secondary health insurance providers, surrogate expense management, liaisons with IVF clinics, and on-going support for gestational surrogates. 

Family Forward Surrogacy is affiliated with the Zavos Juncker Law Group, PLLC, which drafts contracts between the Intended Parents and the Gestational Surrogate (and Egg Donor and/or sperm donor, if needed).   Michele Zavos personally handles all of FFS’s clients.  She has been a leader in the field of family building for 30 years, and is one of the attorneys in the Washington metropolitan area who established laws that enable both same-sex partners to be legal parents to their child. Ms. Lippard’s professional background includes 16 years of experience in technology marketing and education.  She has worked for companies such as 3Com, Nortel Networks, Comverse Technologies, and Openwave (formerly Phone.com) helping them launch new products and recruit users.  Throughout her career Sandra has presented at numerous industry panels and educational seminars around the world, to advocate for new technology platforms and educate corporate customers, consumers, and web developers on the benefits of using various new technologies.  Ms. Lippard brings her management and marketing experience to FFS.

Sara holds a Masters Degree in Psychology from The University of San Francisco, a B.S. in Psychology from Pitzer College of Claremont Colleges, and is a member of the California Association of Marriage, Family and Child Therapists (CAMFT), Path2Parenthood, American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), and RESOLVE.
