Kara Johnson represents intended parents, gestational surrogates, egg donors, sperm providers and individuals pursuing arrangements utilizing assisted reproduction techniques.
She works closely with other professionals involved in collaborative reproduction arrangements, and assists those in reaching their goals of building a family or helping to facilitate various arrangements.
Kara is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign - B.S. – Human Development and Family Studies and a graduate of Hamline University School of Law - J.D.
Kara is a member of the American Bar Association Assisted Reproductive Technologies Committee. She is also a member of the Illinois State Bar Association Family Law section and Young Lawyers Division, the Chicago Bar Association, she is a professional member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), Path2Parenthood as well as RESOLVE.
