Dr. Kaplan is a graduate of the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School at Dallas, and she completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology and a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. She is board certified in reproductive endocrinology.
She is an assistant clinical professor at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, and the former director of the IVF program at the Emory Clinic. Previously, Dr. Kaplan was a member of the IVF committees at UCLA and Century City Hospitals in Los Angeles.
Dr. Kaplan is the Director of In Vitro Fertilization at GRS, and specializes in the initial diagnosis of infertility, egg donation, and a complimentary holistic approach to infertility treatment.
She was a principal investigator for several studies of hormonal efficacy and has authored numerous articles in medical journals and textbook chapters. Dr. Kaplan speaks frequently at community and professional seminars about reproductive health issues focusing on infertility treatments and their side effects, IVF, fertility preservation and recurrent pregnancy loss. In Atlanta, she serves on the advisory board of the Georgia chapter of RESOLVE.

Dr. Dominguez is double board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. She received her medical Degree from George Washington University and did her Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City. She is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologist and the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons. Her Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility was done at the University of California in San Diego and has held faculty positions at University of California in San Diego, University of New Mexico and Emory University in Atlanta.
Chana has worked with children, adults, couples and families since 1974. In addition to her psychotherapy practice, she is also a group and workshop leader.

Cheryl Farole-Roman is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Psychoanalyst, with a private practice in Tustin, CA. She has more than 15 years of clinical experience providing individual, couples and group psychotherapy. Motivated originally by her own personal experience with infertility, Cheryl has developed a special interest and specialty in helping people cope with the challenges of fertility treatment, pregnancy loss, adoption, pregnancy and parenting.
Cheryl received undergraduate and master’s degrees from California State University Fullerton, both in Kinesiology, emphasizing Sports Psychology and Stress Management. She continued her education at CSUF and received a master’s degree in Counseling. After licensure and establishing a psychotherapy private practice, Cheryl went on to study Psychoanalysis at Newport Psychoanalytic Institute where she received her Doctorate of Psychology in Psychoanalysis and became board certified as a Psychoanalyst.
