Acting Executive Director
Director of Finance & Operations
I began my service with Path2Parenthoodas a core volunteer in 1996 after struggling for four years with infertility. I joined Path2Parenthoodtwo years later as a full time staff member taking on various functions and am currently responsible for the day-to-day operations and finances for the organization. Although I previously held a variety of positions in the banking and real estate industries, nothing compares to the joy I feel knowing that we help people achieve their dream of having a family. I am also the proud mom of my daughter Vanessa and son Alex.
I have been a patient advocate in the field of infertility for over fifteen years. I began my tenure in this field, first as secretary and member of the board of directors for Resolve NYC, and went onto become the first staff member of the organization currently known as Path2Parenthood. Now, as Program Director, I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the knowledge base of the many men and women currently concerned with fertility preservation and infertility prevention as well as to patient care and pregnancy. I am the proud mother of teenaged twins born through In Vitro Fertilization and a resident of Brooklyn, New York, where my children and I share residence with two rescue dogs. In addition to my responsibilities with Path2Parenthood, I am a freelance medical writer and lead columnist on Infertility & Miscarriage for the online newspaper, Examiner.com and a member of the American Medical Writers Association.

I am the Director of Development and a full-time employee of Path2Parenthood. I joined Path2Parenthood in February of 2006, bringing with me seven years experience in the field of infertility, having worked at two reproductive clinics. I handle Path2Parenthood’s support line, assist in the coordination of events and am responsible for the organization’s fundraising campaigns from start to finish. I enjoy boating, camping and car shows. I share these interests with my husband, Dan, and my daughter, Melissa.
